While our borders have remained closed we have offered our New Zealand domestic travellers only, special rates and packages.
Now that our borders will open to Australia, we would like to extend these to all our Australian neighbours as a “welcome back special” ! We are very much looking forward to seeing you all again. While our borders remain closed to all other countries, we will not be accepting international bookings at this time.

- Packages may only be purchased directly through our website and are not available through any Travel Agents or Travel Agencies. (ie Booking.com, Expedia, etc)
- Packages are available for immediate purchase/stay.
- Rates are for 2 guests only. Rooms can accommodate 2 guests only, and are not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.
- No portion of the package can be omitted/changed for discount.
- Payment and cancellation policy for packages and direct bookings.
50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure reservation.
Cancellation penalties begin 14 days prior to arrival
50% charged if cancelled within 14 days of arrival
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
- Covid-19 related cancellations.
No fees will be charged if booking is cancelled due to border closures or changes to alert levels.
- Covid-19 vaccination requirements.
From 1st December 2021 all guests are required to be fully vaccinated and provide a vaccination passport on arrival.
